We collect your email address and the query you submit (a City of Los Angeles street address, and whether you requested a CSLB later pass). That is the checkout record. We do not collect owner telephone numbers and we do not skip-trace.

Stripe processes the Lotwatch payment. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on this desk. If you join the Watch waitlist, we store the email and optional address you typed. Watch is not billed until it exists; joining the waitlist is not a subscription.

The PDF is compiled from City of Los Angeles open data. Those records are already public. We retrieve them at compile time, cite the source URL and retrieval timestamp, and email you the file. Copies may be retained to fulfill the order, answer a refund request, or debug a failed compile.
